I want to begin doing a daily schedule

have an almost 3 year old and I want to begin doing a daily schedule just like they do at preschool....?
We have chosen not to put our daughter in preschool right now and will wait another 2 years to do so (1 year before she starts kindergarten). I've decided that I would like to spend some time each day to try to do what preschools do. For example, I am starting "letter of the week" next week (of course with letter "A"). She definitely knows her letters, shapes, numbers, colors (basically all the basics) but I want to get into them a little more. I want at least a few hours a day to be a little more structured and I'm not really sure how to do this. How do you have a structured learning time with your toddler? I want to make it fun as well. Any ideas I can have on making a few hours a day like an actual preschool would be very helpful! P.S. I hope I am making sense on what I would like to do! thanks!]]
