cancer on my foot

I discovered a small bump on the edge of my heel but you can't see it, just feel it. It's like a small hard lump. I have no clue what it is. I'm fourteen, really squeamish, and known to over react. I don't know if this is something that i'm just blowing out of proportion. Does anyone have answers??
